FDE Műhely

Legal

Privacy notice

In effect: 26 July 2026. In short: we only process what you type into the form, only so we can reply, and we don't sell it to anyone.

1. Controller

CCX Informatikai Kft. (registered seat: 7361 Kaposszekcső, Kossuth Lajos utca 14., Hungary; company registration no. 17-09-012898; full company details are in the imprint), which operates this site under the FDE Műhely trading name. For data protection matters: hello@fdemuhely.hu.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer: we do not carry out large-scale, regular and systematic monitoring, and we do not process special categories of data at scale.

2. What we process

2.1. Contact form

When you complete the form we process your name, company name, email address, optionally your phone number, the area you selected and the text of your message. We record the time of submission as technical metadata.

  • Purpose: answering your enquiry and, if it leads to an engagement, preparing it.
  • Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given on the form and withdrawable at any time.
  • Retention: 24 months from the close of the enquiry, so there is context if you come back to us. Deleted after that.

2.2. Direct email

If you write to hello@fdemuhely.hu or info@fdemuhely.hu, we process the content of the message and the sender details, for the same purpose and retention period. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inbound business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

2.3. Server logs

Our content delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) keeps an access log containing the requesting IP address, the URL requested, a timestamp, the response code, the referring page and the browser identifier. We use this only to operate the service and detect abuse; we do not combine it with other data and we do not build visitor profiles from it.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the service securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Retention: 30 days, after which the storage bucket deletes it automatically and irreversibly.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tags. That is why there is no cookie banner.

The only thing your browser stores is your light or dark theme choice (localStorage, key fdem-theme). It is not personal data, never leaves your device, and disappears when you clear your browser data.

Fonts are served from our own origin rather than Google Fonts, so your browser makes no request to a third party.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making. We use one processor:

Processor Activity Location
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) Hosting, email forwarding, form processing Ireland (EU), eu-west-1

Data stays within the European Union; we do not transfer it to third countries.

5. Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, TLS 1.2+). The storage bucket is not public and access is restricted to the services that need it. Messages received through the form are stored encrypted, and access is logged.

6. Your rights

  • Access: ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
  • Restriction and objection: ask us to restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Portability: ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdrawing consent: at any time, with future effect, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Request any of these at hello@fdemuhely.hu. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

7. Remedies

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu), or bring proceedings before the competent court where you live.

8. Changes

If our processing changes we will update this page and revise the effective date. For material changes we also notify people who have previously contacted us by email.
