Indicative net prices below, in euro. The final quote depends on the size of the department and the number of processes, but the order of magnitude is here — we'd rather not spend three meetings establishing whether we're in the same league.

Inference (model usage) is not included: it runs on your own provider contract, without markup. We estimate the expected monthly order of magnitude during discovery.
Euro figures are converted from our HUF rates at roughly 400 HUF/EUR and will shift slightly with the exchange rate. Your quote will name one currency and hold that price.
Frequently asked questions
Why isn't the fee success-based?
Partly it is. On longer engagements we tie part of the fee to the measurements — but only once we've jointly defined what success means and built the eval set to measure it. Without that, success fees are just a source of argument.
Do the prices include model usage?
No. Inference runs on your own provider contract, directly — so it's transparent and we don't mark it up. We estimate the expected monthly cost during discovery and monitor it after go-live.
What if we don't want to continue after discovery?
Then we don't. Discovery is a self-contained deliverable: the operating map and ROI matrix are yours, whether your own team does the build, or the conclusion is that it isn't worth doing right now.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Not for discovery. For an embedded FDE, three months is the sensible minimum, because the early weeks go into learning the process — anything shorter and that investment doesn't pay back for you.
Are these prices VAT inclusive?
Net prices, excluding VAT. We're a Hungarian company, so for VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU the reverse charge applies and we invoice without VAT.
Which currency do you invoice in?
We can invoice in euro or in forint. Our rates are set in HUF, and the euro figures on this page are converted at roughly 400 HUF/EUR — so they move a little with the exchange rate. The quote you receive states one fixed currency and price.
